Booking Questions

  • How to register my company to start booking?

    Click on "Click to Register" button to fill your company detail and submit. We will send you confirmation email once your account will be approved to start booking.

  • Can I sell individual without company?

    No, You must have active trade licnse to start registration and booking with us.

  • What is the munimum ticket quantity I can purchase?

    The minimum ticket quantity is 20 per booking and the maximum is 500 per booking.

Ticket Questions

  • How to get and redeem tickets?

    After sucessful payment you will recieve an email with ticket download link. Ticket will be in QR codes, so you can directly send to your customers to redeem on gates.

  • Can I redeem unuse tickets in next season?

    No, You can not use tickets in the next season.

  • How can I get invoice for my bookings?

    You can download invoice from your dashboard.

Technical questions

  • What if I pay and didn't get tickets on my email?

    Our system is smart and will send tickets automatically on your email if you paid for it. In case you didn't get it in some case kindly send us email on booking@dubaimiraclegarden.com

  • Can I get support if customer have issue on the gate while redeeming tickets?

    Our tickets will be scan directly on the gate. Kindly note that don't do any changes in QR code which you recieve via email.

  • What is the refund policy?

    There is no refund in bulk purchase but you can use tickets till end of the season.
